Data Access Principles

Your Data, Your Control: You own all data you put into SoftswitchCRM. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

Strict Isolation: Each organization's data is logically isolated. No cross-tenant data access is permitted.

Least Privilege Access: Internal access to customer data is strictly limited and audited. Only authorized personnel can access data when required for support.

Export Anytime: You can export your contacts, leads, and campaign data at any time from the platform in standard formats.
